Mrs. Nicholls is likely the cook at Netherfield Park. Mr. Bingley says early in the novel that he will send out invitations as soon as “Nicholls has enough white soup” while Mrs. Phillips catches her at the end of the novel in Meryton (where she is ordering meat from the butcher) to “find out the truth” about whether Mr. Bingley is returning.
